Get dashboard statistics

/dashboard/stats

Returns dashboard stats. Response differs by role:

Admin gets org-wide stats (totalEmployees, activeEmployees, assignedTasks, completedTasks)

Employee gets personal stats (assignedTasks, inProgressTasks, completedTasks, productivityScore, recentActivity)
